We are a family run Company that uses state of the art manufacturing equipment and traditional natural farming methods to bring you a unique range of award winning dairy products.
Our cows and chickens graze on year round lush biodynamic (organic) mountain pastures, which impart a flavour and goodness to the milk, which you will taste in everything we make.

Our fresh scones served with Rainforest Jam and Jersey Cream and our famous Quark Cheesecakes are definitely worth the stop as is our wonderful Cheeseplatter for two or Ploughmans Lunch served with home-made mango chutney. Other fare includes a Spinach and Fetta Savoury Cheesecake with Parmesan Crust, Farmhouse Chicken Pot Pie and local Tarzali Lakes Smoked Makeral Pot Pie, Cheese and Beef Scrolls and our Vegetarian Tart of the Day – all are served with garden salad. Our menu changes seasonally and promotes organic and local produce. There is also a great selection of home-made cakes including gluten free options as well as yummy gelato.
