Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park brings the world’s oldest living culture to life through dance, art and interactive demonstrations from Aboriginal performers.
Visit by day and learn about bush foods, the digeridoo, hunting methods and learn how to throw a boomerang and spear, and enjoy dance performances and medicine, hunting and weapon demonstrations.
At night you can participate in a fire ceremony followed by a Corroboree celebrating Aboriginal Dreamtime stories and join the Rainbow Serpent circle to learn traditional language songs before the lighting of the ceremonial fire. Dinner is a tropical buffet with Australian meats, seafood and an array of salads and desserts featuring tantalising Indigenous flavours. End the evening, relax around the fire with the Tjapukai warriors where there is time for an intimate chat.
